"Service Provider" refers to NetHub Hosting, "Customer" refers to the natural or legal person using our services, "Services" refers to all hosting, server, and domain services offered.
NetHub Hosting provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, VDS/VPS servers, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, and related technical support services. Service details are specified on the relevant product pages.
The customer has the following responsibilities when creating an account:
All service fees are collected in advance. If renewal is not made within 7 days of the end of the billing cycle, the service will be suspended.
Payment methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer. Invoice information can be viewed from the client panel. Late payment fees may apply.
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services. Domain registration, SSL certificates, and dedicated server orders are excluded from refunds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Accounts of customers violating the terms of service may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. No refunds are provided for suspended accounts.
NetHub Hosting cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions. Total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of dispute, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
