At NetHub Internet Services, protecting the personal data of our valued users who visit the sites of NetHub and our other brands and use the services provided by us is one of our highest priorities under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

**Personal data** refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, such as name, surname, Turkish identification number, and contact information. Your personal data may be processed within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809, the regulations of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority, the Personal Data Protection Authority, and other relevant legislation. In accordance with the relevant legislation, our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing and access to your personal data and to ensure its preservation.

Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

According to Article 4 of KVKK:

- Personal data can only be processed in accordance with the procedures and principles prescribed in this Law and other laws.
- The following principles must be adhered to when processing personal data:
- Compliance with the law and good faith.
- Accuracy and, when necessary, being up-to-date.
- Processing for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
- Being relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed.
- Retaining for the period required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data may vary depending on the products, services, or commercial activities offered by NetHub and may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through offices, websites, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data may be processed and updated as long as you benefit from NetHub's products and services. Additionally, your personal data may be processed when you visit our website, participate in training, seminars, or events organized by NetHub.

 Recipients and Purposes of Sharing Processed Personal Data

Your recorded personal data may be shared with third-party companies, institutions, and organizations for domain registration, license registration, SSL registration, and similar services; software manufacturers related to server services and licenses used; banks or credit card companies for payment and collection services; third-party email service providers for email sending services; companies and institutions processing electronic documents such as e-invoices and e-archives for billing and accounting transactions; third-party statistics and analysis companies for measuring user experiences and conducting marketing activities; and legal authorities as required.

Collected personal data may be transferred for purposes such as ensuring that you benefit from the products and services offered by NetHub, customizing these products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of NetHub and its business partners, determining and implementing NetHub's commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the execution of human resources policies. Transfers will be made to authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

 Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained in any verbal, written, or electronic environment to provide the products and services offered by NetHub within the determined legal framework and to fulfill NetHub's contractual and legal responsibilities fully and accurately. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in sections (1) and (2) of this text within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

 Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the KVKK

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to NetHub through the methods outlined below, NetHub will respond to your request as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days, free of charge. However, if the process incurs additional costs, NetHub may charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

- Learn whether personal data is processed.
- Request information if personal data has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose.
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
- Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, even if it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legal provisions, and request notification of the action taken to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
- Object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
- Demand compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

According to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any other methods at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to NetHub in accordance with the KVKK.
